Special Inspections
Special Inspections are required by the NYC DOB during the construction process, and must be performed by qualified inspectors from a registered agency. H&O Engineerings is a Class 1 NYC Special Inspection Agency. We conduct special inspections of structural integrity to verify that construction work is being performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. We also offer concrete field sampling and strength testing. H&O has extensive knowledge and experience with inspections required for demolition and new construction, including excavation and foundation activities.
